PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
- We have reserved 18 minutes for each speaker in the technical program.
- Authors should design their presentations as 15 minutes and leave the rest 3 minutes for questions.
- All presentations must be copied to the computers in the halls before the sessions.
- Recommended minimum text font is 18.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
- The poster session will be held at Geocentrum L1.
- The maximum poster size should be 59,4 cm width x 84,1 cm (A1) height with portrait orientation.
- Posters can be hung on the first day after registration for public viewing.
- The authors should be present on their poster display area in the Poster Session on Thursday, 9 May 2024 between 14:30 – 16:00.
- There will not be any facilities at the conference venue for printing or designing posters.
